Habana.JPEGHabana Brunch

This brunch spot meets us right in the middle of casual and extravagant!  It’s a beautiful upscale location that allows you to let loose and keep your elbows on the table.   Does mom love a variety of Cuban and American food? Does she enjoy a lively ambiance with live music, fresh cocktails, and amazing food at her fingertips?  If so- this is the place for her!  You’ll want to book your reservation ASAP as they book up quickly.  They have two locations!  Visit: Restaurant Habana

If your Mother is truly a queen, there is no better spot to spoil her then at Five Crowns, which is located in beautiful Corona Del Mar. This upscale eatery offers one of the more beautiful outdoor seating areas located in their recently renovated patio. Mom can enjoy an array of delicious options, like French Toast with mascarpone cream, poached plums and breakfast potatoes. If she prefers a hearty dish, she can choose their Beef Wellington with mushroom duxelle, spinach and truffled bordelaise.  Finish your meal with some decadent dessert options including Meyer Lemon Beignets, Carrot Cheesecake with maple walnut ice cream, and carrot cake. The full menu showcases way more than described above, and is definitely worth looking over. Visit: Five Crowns

Cucina Enoteca

One of our favorite places to dine at is Cucina Enoteca. We frequent their happy hour, and absolutely love all of their cocktails, and delicious small plates. This year they happen to be offering a Mother’s Day Brunch buffet. Why we love this option, besides it being one of our favorite restaurants, they will be hosting a special brunch buffet for Mother’s Day. For $45 you don’t have to worry about mom not being able to decide on a menu item, because she can try whatever she wants, and as much as she wants–there is no losing with that option!  with only a few open spots left, make sure to be proactive and book this before it’s too late.

Smorgasburg LA

For our final recommendation we wanted to throw a completely unique location into the mix. This is for the family that wants to do something different and enjoys having as many food options as possible. Also, we wanted to add one location in Los Angeles for anyone who may be considering a lunch out that way. Open from 10am-4pm and live music from 11am-2pm, you can walk through one of the most popular food markets in the area. Mom will for sure find something to eat, and drink, and then spend time listening to music with the family. Taking a break from the normal sit down, this is a spot that certainly won’t disappoint.
